In addition to the below the "MyStudentMate" webpage and its download section is availble to all educators using StudentMate™ laptops. The MyStudentMate webpage contains free downloads of the QuickStart Guide, User Guide, Teachers Guide PDF, FREE downloadable classroom activities, S.A.M. (StudentMate™ Administration Module software for Teaches) and the latest free operating system upgrades.

Warranty

This Warranty relates to the StudentMate™ and DataMate laptops only and not accessory.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, you must first call One2OneMate, Technical Support department 888 746 4121. Before returning a One2OneMate product you must furst contact One2OneMat and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before shipping the product to One2OneMate, or its authorized agent.

Return Merchandise Authorization

All merchandise returned for repair must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To obtain a RMA number please complete and submit the RMA Request form below. Please note:

  1. All merchandise returned for repair must be shipped at owner’s expense.
  2. One2OneMate will not be responsible for shipments lost during return process therefore please make sure all packages sent for repair are traceable.
  3. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, One2OneMate will repair or exchange any and all parts with parts of the same value if the original parts are no longer available.
  4. One2OneMate will not replace or exchange any parts if it is determined that damage was a result of abuse. One2OneMate will provide an estimate for the repairs before commencing with any such work.

Steps for Online RMA request:

  1. Fill out the RMA Request Form below.
    Note: Only 1 product per RMA form.
    To return a product to us you must complete all required fields on the RMA form.
  2. Fax or email a PDF of your purchase receipt with name and contact information.
